Mel Duckworth

After graduating from Chisipite Senior School in 1999 Melanie travelled to London where she worked abroad for a year mainly involved with financing and sales.  Mel came back to Zimbabwe at the end of 2000 and worked in Bulawayo where she ran a butchery business until 2004. Mel is married to Gary and is now responsible for the financial management of Mokore Safaris along with many other aspects of running the business.

Shayle Duckworth

After graduating alongside Mel from Chisipite Senior school in 1999, Shayle also went to London where she spent most of her year working as a secretary for an IT company.  She returned to Zimbabwe at the end of 2000 and went on to study Photography at the National College of Photography in Pretoria, South Africa. Shayle is married to Neil and is responsible for client correspondence, bookings, logistics and the hunting paperwork for Mokore Safaris as well as other parts of the business.
